About Lisa
Lisa Parkins is the Managing Broker of Team Win Real Estate. She has spent 43 years in the housing industry and has been a licensed Georgia agent since 1997. Before real estate she worked with the Home Builders Association as a project manager, gained experience with one of the largest appraisal firms in the western United States, and invested in property herself.
That background shapes how she prices a home. Lisa looks at a house the way the appraisal will: comparable sales and line-by-line adjustments, not guesswork. For sellers, that means a price that holds up. For buyers, it means knowing when a house is worth the money and when it isn't.

Win Parkins co-owns Team Win Real Estate with Lisa and has been licensed since 2005. Win is usually the first person you'll talk to. He walks you through the process step by step, helps you get to know the neighborhoods, and stays in touch long after closing. Many of our clients have become long-term friends.
